<li>A wide functional breadth of Oracle product knowledge within the HCM suite,&nbsp;principally to include Payroll, Core HR and Employee &amp; Manager Self Service, but also to include modules such as OLM, iRecruitment, Advanced Benefits, Time &amp; Labor, Compensation Workbench, etc.</li>
<li>An excellent technical capability, to include understanding of the HCM data&nbsp;structures, and the ability to use Oracle development tools for incident/problem&nbsp;analysis and complex change work e.g. PL/SQL, Workflow, XML Publisher, OAF.</li>
<li>Previous experience of working within a support environment, underpinned by ITIL&nbsp;based working practices.</li>
